Every service call is prescreened and parts come with our technicians so your appliance can be fixed right the first time. Sometimes we will need to order parts and we will schedule our return visit on the spot.

Meet the Owners
Bo and Anne Williamson
Bo has been in the appliance business for 20 years. Starting out working for his dad in Northern Michigan doing sales and delivery, Bo found his passion in fixing appliances and building friendships with his customers. After a move to Grand Rapids, Bo honed his craft while working for a couple of the most well respected service companies in the area, where he became an expert in refrigeration and appliance repair. Anne and Bo have four boys and have been an active volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America ™ for the past 16 years and enjoy attending his children's band performance and sporting events. Bo enjoys backpacking with his family and friends and loves nothing more than spending time with his kids fishing. Anne enjoys making friends quilts and enjoys her summer days in the sand at the Big Lake!!
As a Home owner for over 27 years we have experienced many ups and downs with our Appliances through the years, we knew going in home ownership that it would and could be frustrating, but it’s been with great luck that we found the services of Bo Williamson about 15 years ago to help get us through some of those frustrating appliance’s and small home repair times as they pop up. When it’s time to need appliance, repair done we always call Bo first for any of our appliances needs, including being installed, repaired and even for recommendations of brands when we choose to purchase new ones.
