From the moment you call one of our Customer Care Specialists, to the moment one of our expert technicians has your appliance working again. We have procedures in place to ensure your appliance service experience is hassle and worry-free.

Every service call is pre-screened and parts come with our technicians, so your appliance can be fixed right the first time. Sometimes we will need to order parts and we will schedule our return visit on the spot. We know your time is valuable and we aim to get your appliance fixed right, fast and the first time.

Bo Williamson

About Bo

Bo has been in the appliance service business for over 28 years. Bo found his passion for fixing appliances while working for his dad in Northern Michigan. After a move to Grand Rapids, Bo honed his craft with service companies in the area. Bo and his wife Anne have four boys and have been active volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America™ for the past 20 years. Bo loves spending time with his boys fishing at Nana's cabin up North.

Co-Owner & customer care specialist

About anne

Anne is the co-owner and serves in an administrative and operational support capacity, bringing steady leadership and experience to the team. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her very active 2-year-old grandson. Her favorite way to start the day is waking up early to paddle board while the lake is smooth as glass. A devoted Detroit Tigers fan, Anne enjoys watching the games and getting to the ballpark as often as possible.

About Ireland

With over four years of dedicated experience in warranty claims, Ireland is a vital part of our team, known for her efficiency, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of claims processes. She works closely with our manufacturers to ensure claims are handled swiftly and accurately, keeping the process smooth for everyone involved. When she's not streamlining warranty claims, Ireland is cheering on the New York Yankees or singing along to her favorite Luke Combs tracks. A team player on and off the field, she also enjoys playing softball in her spare time. Her mix of professionalism, passion, and personality makes her a standout in everything she does.

John Hawkins, a Master Electrician, joined us in 2022 as an Installations Manager. John had a lengthy career as a licensed journeyman electrician and maintenance supervisor. He developed our delivery and installation team and provides professional electrical services for our appliance customers. He enjoys his time with the grandchildren, traveling the world with his bride, and playing golf with his son and father.

Ryan plays a key role in the family business, assisting with installations and larger, complex repair jobs. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and bass fishing. Ryan is also a bit of a World War II history enthusiast, often diving into books and documentaries about the era.

About Dustin

Dustin is a new technician with a solid background in property management. Though new to the industry, his hands-on experience and problem-solving skills make him a great fit for the team. One of his proudest achievements is rebuilding a hot rod from a pile of parts—showing his dedication and mechanical talent. A big family man, Dustin loves spending time with his wife and gaming with his kids or watching NBA and NFL games.

Justin is a seasoned Senior Technician with over 7 years of experience in the industry. Known for his technical expertise and attention to detail, he takes pride in delivering quality work on every project. Outside the shop, Justin enjoys working on his BMW and taking it to the track, playing golf, walking his dog, and spending time at the shooting range with his family.

Seth brings two years of hands-on experience with Samsung appliances and knows how to handle just about any fix you throw at him. He’s sharp, dependable, and always up for a challenge. When he’s not working, he’s probably out on the disc golf course (yes, he’s that into it) or hunting down tacos at his favorite Mexican spots.

With a strong background in customer service, Matt is dedicated to providing reliable support and expert parts knowledge. He’s passionate about helping customers and always ready with a solution.Outside of work, Matt performs in local and statewide theater productions—often with his two daughters—and walks the Mackinac Bridge every Labor Day with his family. A true Disney fan, he’d visit Disney World daily if he could.
