We're adding to our Customer Care Team!

Big Lake Appliance Service would love to add to our extraordinary Customer Care Team.  This is a work from home position, Wednesday 12pm to 5pm, Thursday and Friday, 8am to 5pm.  Filling in as needed throughout the week and adding Mondays, as business continues to expand.  Starting pay is $16 per hour, qualifications and responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:


  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Computer skills including knowledge of Google Workspace and basic data entry
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently, as well as within a team environment
  • Quality High Speed Internet
  • Quiet Work Space
  • Pre-employment hiring requirements include a background check and drug screening


  • As a Part Time Customer Care Specialist, you will be the energetic, caring and knowledgeable voice of Big Lake Appliance Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, customer retention and answer customer questions by presenting a professional, confident and enthusiastic impression. Creating trusting relationships with all of our customers, putting their needs first and treating them like family.
  • The handling of all incoming calls, emails and text messages and scheduling service calls to our customers convenience, as best as possible, along with using our software to efficiently route our technicians
  • Customer account management, ensuring accurate information, appointment confirmation and technician arrival times
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Big Lake Appliance Service, services offered, service areas, customer pricing and billing information and learning basic appliance knowledge
  • Communication with our Customer Care Team, our Technicians and Management
