Big Lake Appliance Service would love to add to our extraordinary Customer Care Team. We are looking for a full-time Customer Care Specialist to work from our Coopersville office. Monday through Friday, pay based on experience level.

Qualifications and responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:

  • Previous customer service and appointment scheduling experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently, as well as within a
    team environment
  • Computer skills including knowledge of Google Workspace and basic data
  • Knowledge of the West Michigan area
  • Pre-employment hiring requirements include a background check and drug
  • As a Full Time Customer Care Specialist, you will be the energetic, caring
    and knowledgeable voice of Big Lake Appliance Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, customer retention and answer
    customer questions by presenting a professional, confident and
    enthusiastic impression. Creating trusting relationships with all of our
    customers, putting their needs first and treating them like family
  • The handling of all incoming calls, emails and text messages and
    scheduling service calls to our customers convenience, as best as possible,
    along with using our software to efficiently route our technicians
  • Customer account management, ensuring accurate information,
    appointment confirmation and technician arrival times
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Big Lake Appliance Service, services
    offered, service areas, customer pricing and billing information and learning
    basic appliance knowledge
  • Communication with our Customer Care Team, our Technicians and
